Duralee Fine Furniture comprehensive furniture collection of over 1200 standard
SKU's is manufactured in Morganton, North Carolina. The range of product styles, from transitional to traditional, includes: sofas, sectionals, sleepers, chaises, beds, benches, ottomans, exposed wood lounge chairs, dining chairs, and case goods. Duralee Fine Furniture is the perfect complement to both Duralee and Highland Court textiles.
General considerations:
In most cases, your items can be shipped directly to the end user by a nation-wide In Home Delivery service. They will place the furniture into the customer’s home and do some slight regulating of fillings. They will not remove doors or move the customer’s old furnishings. If the delivery is deemed difficult, the customer may be asked to sign a damage wavier for their property and the items being delivered. Be sure the furniture ordered will fit into the delivery location! The customer must inspect the goods upon arrival, once signed for they have no recourse. If there is damage or a defect immediately noticed, the delivery should be refused. In Home Delivery may extend the lead times several weeks, especially if the delivery location is in a remote area. Please ask a customer service representative to quote your In Home Delivery.
PAYMENT METHODS
One half deposit is required with the order and the balance due prior to shipment. Payment may be made by company check, Visa®, Master Card® or American Express®.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Orders are scheduled into production and assigned an approximate ship date, only after all fabrics, trims, deposit, and specifications have been received. Actual lead times are based on the factory capacity at the time the order is scheduled.
QUOTATIONS
We will quote an item only in writing via fax, mail, or email. Quotations are valid for 60 days from the date entered. Please be sure to check that the fabric yardage includes additional amounts for narrow fabrics and repeats.
• Calculate required yardage including width and repeat.
• Indicate your customer number on your purchase order.
• Indicate the ship to location with phone number and contact for the furniture products.
• Complete C.O.M. information is required including, source, pattern, color, yardage and application instructions for all fabrics, trims, cords, welts and leather.
• Use a photocopy of the C.O.M. tag enclosed for correct fabric identification at the factory.
• Order and pay for Duralee® and Highland Court® fabrics if you are a pro-forma account to Duralee Fabrics® in NY.
• Send a deposit with your furniture order to Duralee Fine Furniture® in Morganton, NC.
• Attach a cutting of the fabric to a hard copy and mail to the Morganton, NC address.
• Indicate your seat and back fill preference as either “Premium”, “Luxury”, “Natural Feather & Down”, or “Down & Feather” and price accordingly.
• Select a wood finish if applicable.
• Nail head size and finish.
• Indicate and price any upgrades or changes to the item.
• Apply any appropriate discount you have been given from the retail prices shown.
• Apply the appropriate freight charges you have been quoted
• Supply mattress and boxspring dimensions, if applicable.
• Hardware selection, style, and finishes.
• Caster finish.
• Will your furniture fit into its new home?
• Familiarize yourself with “Fabric Backing” and “Shipping & Freight” in the “General Product Information” pages of this price book.
Orders cannot be entered into production without all the required information.

The green leaf logo designates products that meet Schumacher’s standards for sustainability. To receive the green leaf designation, products must meet two or more of the following established standards:
